My first attempt at in camera double exposure! It took quite a bit of fiddling around with but I’m quite happy with the result!

Late Night Baking…
Here is the recipe for these cookies! They are just your basic oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.
Classic Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°C
Ingredients
1 cup Margarine
1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 cup Flour
2 1/2 cup Oatmeal
1 cup Chocolate Chips or however many you like
 Instructions
Cream together margarine and brown sugar. Then add eggs and vanilla, beat.
Add baking soda and flour. Once they have been mixed in add the oatmeal and mix in. Then add your chocolate chips.
Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper (I like doing this cuts down on mess).
I use a little ice cream scoop to make my cookie dough balls so they’re all roughly the same size (to venture a guess I’d say about a tablespoonish), space your little dough balls evenly apart in rows (on my cookie sheet it ends up being 3 across and 4 down) so when they flatten out you don’t have one monster cookie!
Place your cookie sheet in the oven. Depending on your oven the time will vary and it also depends on how you like your cookies. I LOVE doughy cookies, just barely baked. For that you have to really watch and when the edges of your cookies are a light brown take them out!
*You can substitute raisins for chocolate chips or what is totally delicious, adding shredded coconut after you’ve added the chocolate chips! Sooo good! Just be sure not to add to much otherwise your dough will be very thick (I would give a measurement but my mom and I have always just guessed, I’d say maybe a cup?).
Hope you enjoy! :)

Sunset in a field…

I live (for the time being) on an acreage surrounded by massive fields and I’ve been itching to do a photo shoot in one since last summer but I never had a willing model. So I figured what better time to do a photo shoot then right now, at sunset, with myself as a model! haha I almost got eaten alive by mosquitoes but I think it was worth! :) Hope you guy like!
